try this… on your phone menu screen (where you see your phone icons) choose Options > Memory Details.

I suggest you have it checked by a licensed techie. You trying to repair or even open your phone would actually void its warranty and cause you more problems.

the only thing that won’t work is the phone service. You won’t lose any songs you have on it and can add more it you like

The legalities are iffy on this because the state you live in may have a law requiring all parties to know the conversation is being recorded.
But if you know you’re good legally, they sell these at RadioShack:

You will need a computer for this transfer….
1. Use the data cable (USB connector) to connect your mobile phone to your computer.
2. Your computer will open two folder (drives).. One is your phone memory and the other the memory card.
3. Open these folders from My Computer n check where the files are
4. Once you have located the files and which folder (drive) is the phone memory… Copy paste the content to that folder…
5. Once you have completed this task… remove the data cable n check your phone memory…
6. If the phone memory has the games, delete the games from the memory card…
I hope this will help you…. If not just visit an authorized NOKIA service center and they will help you… Cheerssss…
