TwitterIn an ongoing series of eternal battles between Qualcomm and Nokia, the latter recently won three victories – one for each patent – over the former. ITC Judge Paul J. Luckern ruled that Nokia did not infringe on three of Qualcomm’s patents (which were incidentally about 2G technology).
